We've Found THE house!

Narrowing in on what we hope will be our Forever Home, tucked into the hills of Northwestern Georgia, surrounded by untouched woods, cool mountain air, and so much room to grow, we are excited to say that the Peach State skyline might be the front porch vista we soon call home.

With multiple garages, nearly 5,000 square feet of space, and several acres of serenity, it’s the kind of place we used to only daydream about.

Sure, it still needs a pool, but we’re already eyeing next summer for that! Perfectly placed between snow-dusted mountains and sun-soaked coastlines, we’re within a half-day’s drive of everything we love.

And the Fall?

Don’t even get us started!

Halloween plans are already in motion! (Well… in Alex's head anyways!)

Built in recent years and lovingly maintained by two incredible stewards, who intend on finishing out the year in residence, we must say, we are beyond grateful to be working alongside them respectfully and privately as we finalize details. If all goes well, we hope to celebrate our first backyard summer party by the ever woods in 2026.

This month (August, 2025), we’re flying out for the full walkthrough, and none of it would be possible without my mother’s fierce love and support. She’s believed in our quiet goals since they were nothing more than improbable whispers of unusual ambition. We’re so honored to be preparing a place where she and Nickolay can finally slow down, enjoy the breeze, and watch the next generation flourish in peace. Finally relieving her of a lifetime of hard work and mythological level endurance.

Our businesses are blooming, our dreams are gaining traction, and our future feels more secure than ever. Retiring in our mid-30s may sound like a finish line to most, but for us, it’s just the beginning! We'd only but dreamed to have gotten so far in the early years of our life, and that is all the more reason not to quit while having made so much ground already!

Thank you to everyone who’s walked this long road with us. If the stars align, we can’t wait to welcome you all next Fall for the kind of housewarming celebration we’ll be telling stories about for years to come!
